OISL considers all its employees as the most important resource and attaches utmost importance to their safety and health. To promote safety and health in its factories and mines, the company makes all possible efforts so by which, safety and health of their employees will be ensured.

Make available adequate resource for promotion safety and health.
To improve the skill of the workmen, supervisors and officers by regular training with the object of improving the safety standards.
OISL has planned for OHSAS -18001 standards / certification.
